By providing our service through the internet we have been able to minimize and/or eliminate most of the expense associated with doing business by other means. Our main objective is to make our service affordable to those who may not otherwise be able to participate in the Forex market.

When and how often will I receive signals?

You can expect signals to be delivered at any time on any given day. If changes are necessary you may receive updates at any time. There may be times when we don't trade at all and no signal is sent to you.

How will I receive the signals?

All Z-Alerts™ signals will be sent directly to your Desktop [ IM ] or Cell Phone via Yahoo Messenger. We will provide you with step by step instructions for setting it up. Your provider may charge you for each message you receive to your cell phone.

How can I trade if I’m not at my computer?

If you use FXDD, you can call the FXDD Trading Desk to place your trades.

Be prepared to tell the dealer what you want to do.

A pip is the smallest price change in a currency – equivalent to one point. In a Mini Account one pip is worth $1.

What is a lot & how many lots should I be trading?

In the Forex market, currencies are traded in lots – similar to how stocks are traded using shares.
In a Mini Account, one (10k) lot is worth $150 for the EUR/USD using 100:1 leverage.
For every $1,000 in your Mini Account, you should be trading .10 lots.
